I have sent an email and heard nothing back

We apologise that you haven’t heard from us yet, can you please check the below:

  • That the email you are contacting us on is correct, this also applied if you are logged into an app as that will send through an email from that.
  • That you still have access to that email that you are contacting us on.
  • Please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes emails can land in there by mistake.
