I’m in Australia/New Zealand but can’t access AnimeLab

Here are some tips that may help this error.

If you are using an app, please try the following:

Ensure you are not using a VPN, if so, please turn it off and try again

  • That your device is updated to the latest version
  • That the Animelab app is updated to the latest version
  • Turn your device off, and back on
  • Log back in

If you are in a web browser, please try the following:

  • Ensure you are not using a VPN
  • Clear your browser’s cookies and cache
  • Log out and log back into your account
  • If that doesn’t work, please try an incognito window
  • Restart your computer
